This lady was daughter of William Lord Allington, of Horsheath,
in the county of Cambridge. She was the second wife of Charles Lord Seymour,
of Trowbridge, only son of John Duke of Somerset, who died before his father
in 1665. By him they had 5 sons, three of whom died young, the other two were
successively Dukes of Somerset.Lady Elizabeth died May, 1731.

Suitable ageing. The image is clean, clear and sharp with beautiful depth
